- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'reader_s' = '<SYSTEM32>\reader_s.exe'
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\reader_s.exe' /n
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\svchost.exe'
- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' del <Full path to virus> >> NUL
Injects code into
the following system processes:
- <SYSTEM32>\svchost.exe
Modifies file system:
Creates the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\reader_s.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\reader_s.exe
Deletes itself.
Network activity:
