Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%TEMP%\Windows32.exe' = '%TEMP%\Windows32.exe:*:Enabled:Windows32.exe'
Creates and executes the following:
- 'C:\Extracted\KYMS VBS.exe'
- '%TEMP%\Windows32.exe'
- 'C:\Extracted\1212System32.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\Windows32.exe" "Windows32.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\Extracted\KYMS VBS.exe
- %TEMP%\Windows32.exe
- %TEMP%\sfx.ini
- C:\Extracted\1212System32.exe
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\sfx.ini
Network activity:
Connects to:

Searches for the following windows:
