- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] '2' = 'wscript.exe //B "%TEMP%\2.vbs"'
Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\2.vbs
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\2.vbs
Malicious functions:
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' //B "%TEMP%\2.vbs"
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "%APPDATA%\2.vbs"
- '<SYSTEM32>\notepad.exe' %APPDATA%\1.txt
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\2.vbs
- %TEMP%\2.vbs
- %TEMP%\aut2.tmp
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
- %APPDATA%\1.txt
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\2.vbs
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\aut2.tmp
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'mm###.no-ip.biz':4152
- 'localhost':1038
UDP:
- DNS ASK mm###.no-ip.biz
