Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\dd.vbs
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\dd.vbs
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\wnetwatcher_setup.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' //B "%TEMP%\dd.vbs"
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "<SYSTEM32>\dd.vbs"
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\nse3.tmp\modern-wizard.bmp
- %TEMP%\nse3.tmp\InstallOptions.dll
- %TEMP%\dd.vbs
- %TEMP%\nse3.tmp\ioSpecial.ini
- <SYSTEM32>\wnetwatcher_setup.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\dd.vbs
- %TEMP%\nsy2.tmp
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\dd.vbs
