Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\QQMin.bat
- %CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\QQMin.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- %CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\QQMin.exe
Deletes itself.
