Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\RAV2007.BAT
- %WINDIR%\Utility.exe
- %WINDIR%\Mangerr.DLL
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- %WINDIR%\Mangerr.DLL
- %WINDIR%\Utility.exe
Deletes itself.
