Creates the following files:
- C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\<INETFILES>\Content.IE5\CJCTQ25G\3303551168[1]
- C:\7768.vbs
- %ProgramFiles%\Rukius xjhmq\Efaoysg.exe
Deletes the following files:
- C:\7768.vbs
Deletes itself.
